RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• If item is defective buyer must inform seller within 2 days of receiving merchandise. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. We do replace.
• Items broken during shipment will be replaced if possible. All merchandise must be in its original packaging, including packing peanuts so that shipper may inspect the package and we may file a claim.
• If the item(s) that you have ordered are no longer available/in stock you will be permitted to receive a refund or item substitution.
• All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
• The buyer pays for the return of item(s) and shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
• All items are insured for cost of the purchase price, shipping charges are not refundable.
• Most of our packages are sent using DHL Freight or U.S. Postal Service, requests can be made.
• LOCAL PICKUP IS ALWAYS WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, PICK IT UP AND LOOK AT OUR THOUSANDS OF ITEMS FOR SALE
